Our core marketing principle is: we pair quality artists with the best calls for them.
In marketing, we believe it best to focus on the artist and what they want. Therefore, we reject:
- paid promotions
- unsolicited email blasts
- and other items which could be categorized as "spam"
By doing this, we (and through us, you!) are able to build high-trust with the artists on our platform. They know that we will not shill a gallery simply because they mailed us a check. We will shill galleries who are a good match for the artist's specific profile and goals, though!

Those are the three most effective ways we have found to promote your calls to artists. We sometimes take recommendations and offer them to artists in different contexts. For example, we will do all of the above with them.
When artists sign into their dashboard, they will see some recommended calls. Yours may be included. The same applies when we follow up with an artist to ask about their experience.
To have a successful promotional run for your call, upload a high-quality image so we can use it across all platforms. Provide a rich and detailed description of your gallery, juror, and the type of artists and art you are looking for. Be thorough, but keep it easy to read. Cover everything an artist might want to know.
