How can I review my entries?

You can review all of your entries — past and present — from your Applications page. Here's how to find them and what you can do from there.

Getting to Your Applications

  1. Log in to your EntryThingy account
  2. Click "My Entries" in the navigation menu (or visit app.entrythingy.com/artist/applications/)

You'll see a list of every call you've applied to or started an application for.

What You'll See for Each Entry

Each entry in the list shows:

  • Call name — The exhibition or opportunity you applied to
  • Status — Where your entry stands (Draft, Submitted, Accepted, Not Accepted, Waitlist, etc.)
  • Submission date — When you submitted, or "Draft" if you haven't submitted yet
  • Deadline — When the call closes (if it's still open)

You can filter by status (All, Draft, Pending, Accepted, Not Accepted) and sort by date or status to find what you're looking for.

Viewing Entry Details

Click on any entry to see the full details of what you submitted, including:

  • All pieces you included (images, titles, descriptions, dimensions, materials)
  • Your entry description and any category you selected
  • Your artist statement and contact information as submitted

Previewing What Jurors See

Want to see your entry exactly as jurors and gallery administrators will see it? From your entry details page, look for the "Preview how your entry will look to [Gallery Name]" link near the bottom. This opens a preview that shows your submission from the juror's perspective — including indicators for what's hidden in blind jury mode.

For the full walkthrough, see How to preview what jurors will see.

Editing an Entry

If your entry is still in Draft status and the call deadline hasn't passed, you can continue editing it. Click the entry and then click Edit to make changes.

Submitted entries generally cannot be edited. If you need to make a change after submitting, contact the gallery hosting the call directly — they may be able to help.
