What's the status of my entry?

You can check the status of your entries at any time from your Applications page.

How to Check Your Entry Status

1. Log in to your EntryThingy account
2. Click "Applications" in the navigation menu (or visit app.entrythingy.com/artist/applications/)
3. You'll see a list of all your entries with their current status

Common Entry Statuses

Your entry may show one of these statuses:

• Draft: You started an entry but haven't submitted it yet
• Submitted: Your entry has been submitted and is awaiting review
• Accepted: Congratulations! Your work has been accepted
• Not Accepted: Your entry was reviewed but not selected this time
• Waitlist: You're on the waitlist and may be accepted if spots open up
• Show to Jury: Your entry is currently being reviewed by jurors
• Withdrawn: You or the gallery withdrew this entry

Status Not Available?

If you don't see a status or it shows "Submitted" for a while, the call is likely still in the jury review phase. The gallery will update statuses once jury decisions are finalized.
