Where can I see all my entries that I've applied to?
Your "My Entries" page is your command center for tracking all your applications—think of it as your personal submission dashboard. It shows every call you've applied to, whether you're still working on a draft, waiting to hear back, or celebrating an acceptance.
Finding Your Entries
- Log in to your artist account
- From your dashboard, click "My Entries" in the navigation (or use the "View all" link in the Recent Applications section)
- That's it! You'll see all your entries in one place
What You'll See
Each entry shows: - Call name and details - Status (Draft, Submitted, Accepted, Not Accepted) - Submission date - Deadline (if the call is still open) - Quick actions to view, edit, or apply again

Filtering and Sorting
Need to find something specific? Use the filters at the top: - Filter by status (All, Draft, Pending, Accepted, Not Accepted) - Sort by date (newest or oldest first) or status
What Can You Do?
- View entry details: Click any entry to see the full submission, including all pieces and information you submitted
- Edit drafts: If you have an unfinished entry, you can continue working on it (as long as the deadline hasn't passed)
- Apply again: Some calls allow multiple entries—if you've already submitted one, you might see an "Apply Again" button
- Track your progress: See at a glance which calls are still reviewing, which accepted you, and which you're still working on
Quick Tips
- Draft entries are saved automatically, so you can start an application and come back to finish it later
- Submitted entries can't be edited, but you can always view them to see what you sent
- If a call allows multiple entries and you haven't hit the limit, you'll see an "Apply Again" option
Your entries are organized chronologically by default, so your most recent applications appear first. Perfect for keeping track of where you've applied and what's still pending!
