How do I know if I still have enough tokens?

You can always check your token balance by logging in as an administrator and clicking "Tokens" in the navigation menu. Your current balance is displayed prominently at the top of the Tokens page.

Visual Warnings

EntryThingy shows visual warnings when your balance is getting low:

Warning banner (yellow): Appears at the top of every page when your balance is below 100 tokens
Critical warning (red): Banner turns red when your balance is below 10 tokens
Balance indicator: On the Tokens page, your balance changes color when low (red for critical, normal for healthy)

These warnings help you stay aware of your token balance without having to check manually.

Email Alerts

All administrators receive email alerts when your token count reaches low thresholds. These emails are sent automatically to help you plan ahead and avoid running out unexpectedly.

Checking Token History

On the Tokens page, you can view your complete token history to see:

When tokens were purchased
When tokens were deducted (for entries, emails, etc.)
Your balance after each transaction
Download a CSV file of your history

Tip: Review your token history regularly to understand your usage patterns and plan purchases accordingly.

Planning Ahead

To avoid running out of tokens:

Monitor your balance: Check the Tokens page regularly, especially during busy submission periods
Review history: Look at your token history to see how quickly you're using tokens
Purchase before you need: Buy tokens when you see the warning banner, not when you're critically low
Consider bulk purchases: Larger token packages offer savings if you use many tokens

What Happens If You Run Out?

If your token balance reaches zero, you won't be able to: - Receive new entry submissions (artists can't submit) - Send emails to artists - Use features that require tokens

Your existing calls and data remain intact, but new activity will be paused until you purchase more tokens.
