I have several calls, but only want to show specific ones

To control which calls are visible to artists, set the call's status using the colored pill in the top-right of the call edit page. The dropdown gives you four choices:

• Active — Public — on the public Calls List, link works, applications open.
• Private — link only — kept off the public Calls List, but anyone with the direct link can still apply. Use this for member-only or invitation-only calls.
• Hidden — only gallery staff can preview. The public link doesn't work, so artists can't see it or apply. Use while you're still setting up, or to take a call offline. If you want a working direct link, choose "Private — link only" instead.
• Jury Only — visible only to assigned jurors. Useful once submissions are closed and you're in the jurying phase.

You can also publish or schedule from the Save button at the bottom of the form. The chevron next to Save opens a menu with Publish now and Schedule for… options — picking a future date sets the badge to Scheduled, and the call flips to Active — Public automatically on that date.
