Can I get a refund on my entry fee?

Entry fees are paid directly to the gallery through PayPal — EntryThingy does not process or hold these payments, so we're unable to issue refunds on entry fees.

How to request a refund

Contact the gallery directly. You can find their contact information on the call listing page where you submitted your entry.

Charged twice?

If you were charged twice for the same entry, reach out to the gallery and let them know. They can review the payment in their PayPal account and issue a refund for the duplicate charge.
