Managing Your Artist Subscription
Here's how to manage your EntryThingy artist subscription - upgrading, downgrading, checking your billing, and more.
How to view your current subscription
- Log in to your account
- Click My Art
- Click Portfolio
- Click My Subscription
You'll see: - Your current tier and price - Next billing date - Payment method on file - How many pieces you've used vs. your limit
How to upgrade your subscription
Want more storage? Here's how to upgrade:
- Go to your Subscription page
- Click the tier you want to upgrade to
- Confirm your choice
Good to know: When you upgrade mid-billing cycle, you only pay the pro-rated difference for the remaining time.
How to switch to annual billing
Save 20% by switching from monthly to annual billing:
- Go to your Subscription page
- Click "Switch to Annual"
- Confirm your choice
Your new annual subscription starts immediately, and you'll be credited for any unused time on your monthly plan.
How to downgrade your subscription
If you need less storage:
- Go to your Subscription page
- Click the tier you want to switch to
- Confirm your choice
Important: If you have more pieces than your new tier allows, you'll need to delete some before you can upload new work. Don't worry - your existing pieces aren't deleted, you just can't add more until you're under the limit.
How to cancel your subscription
- Go to your Subscription page
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm your choice
What happens when you cancel: - You keep access until your current billing period ends - Your artwork stays in your portfolio (nothing is deleted) - You revert to the Free tier (3 pieces) when your subscription ends - You can still apply to calls using existing portfolio pieces
Payment methods
We accept: - Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) - PayPal
To update your payment method: 1. Go to your Subscription page 2. Click "Update Payment Method" 3. Enter your new card or PayPal details
Billing questions
When am I charged? Monthly subscribers are charged on the same date each month. Annual subscribers are charged once per year.
Can I get a refund? Contact us at help@entrythingy.com within 7 days of a charge if you need assistance.
I was charged but don't see my upgrade Sometimes it takes a few minutes. Try logging out and back in. If it still doesn't show, contact us.
