How to View Call Statistics
The statistics dashboard gives you a comprehensive overview of your call's performance, including entry counts, acceptance rates, category breakdowns, voting activity, and more. It's perfect for understanding your call's reach, analyzing jury decisions, and preparing reports.
Accessing Statistics
- Go to your call's detail page
- Click the "Statistics" tab in the navigation menu
- You'll see a comprehensive dashboard with multiple sections

Note: Only administrators can view statistics. Jurors don't have access to this page.
Overview Cards
At the top of the statistics page, you'll see four key metrics:
- Total Entries: The complete count of all entries submitted to your call
- Accepted: Number of accepted entries, with the overall acceptance rate percentage
- Pending Review: Entries that are submitted but haven't been decided yet (awaiting jury decision)
- Total Pieces: The total number of individual artwork pieces across all entries
Entry Status Distribution
This section shows how many entries are in each status. You'll see: - Counts for each status (Accepted, Not Accepted, Waitlist, Submitted, etc.) - Percentage of total entries for each status - Clickable links that take you directly to the filtered entries list for that status
Use this to: Quickly see how many entries are in each stage of your review process and jump directly to entries with a specific status.
Piece Status Distribution
Similar to entry statuses, but showing the breakdown of individual pieces (artwork) across all entries. This is useful when you're reviewing pieces individually rather than entries as a whole.
Entries Per Week
A timeline view showing when entries were submitted throughout your call's duration. Each week shows: - The number of entries submitted that week - The cumulative total up to that point
Use this to: Identify submission patterns, see if there was a rush near the deadline, or understand when artists were most active.
Entries Per Category
A detailed table showing statistics broken down by category (if your call uses categories). For each category, you'll see: - Total entries in that category - Accepted count - Not accepted count - Waitlist count - Acceptance rate percentage (color-coded: green for high rates, yellow for medium, red for low)
Category names are clickable and will take you to a filtered view of entries in that category.
Use this to: Compare acceptance rates across categories, identify which categories were most popular, or see if certain categories had higher acceptance rates.
Entries Per State
A geographic breakdown showing where your entries came from. Displays: - Top 15 states (by entry count) - Number of entries from each state - Percentage of total entries
Use this to: Understand your call's geographic reach, identify regional interest, or plan future calls based on where artists are located.
Jury Activity
If your call uses jury voting, this section shows: - Votes per juror: A visual breakdown of voting activity by each juror, showing who has been most active - Total votes: The complete count of all votes cast - Unique voters: How many different jurors have participated
Use this to: Monitor jury participation, ensure all jurors are reviewing entries, or identify if some jurors need reminders to complete their reviews.
Votes Per Points
A breakdown showing how votes were distributed across different point values. This shows: - How many votes were cast at each point level - Percentage of total votes for each point value
Use this to: Understand voting patterns, see if jurors are using the full range of points, or identify if there are clusters around certain scores.
Tips for Using Statistics
- Click through to entries: Most statistics sections have clickable links that take you directly to the filtered entries list. Use these to dive deeper into specific subsets of entries.
- Compare over time: If you run multiple calls, you can compare statistics across calls to see trends and improvements.
- Share with stakeholders: The statistics page provides a clear, visual summary that's perfect for sharing with board members, funders, or other stakeholders.
- Identify patterns: Use category and geographic breakdowns to understand your call's reach and identify opportunities for future calls.
Common Questions
Why don't I see voting statistics? Voting statistics only appear if your call uses jury voting and jurors have started casting votes. If no votes have been cast yet, this section won't appear.
Can jurors see statistics? No, statistics are only available to administrators. Jurors see their own voting progress, but not aggregate statistics.
How often are statistics updated? Statistics are calculated in real-time when you view the page, so they always reflect the current state of your call.
Can I export statistics? Currently, statistics are view-only on the dashboard. To export data, use the download feature to download entries and analyze them in a spreadsheet.
