How Can I Keep my Call Off the Public List?

You may want to keep your active call off our Public Call List because it is for your gallery's members only or because it is invitation-only.

Set the call's status to Private — link only instead of Active — Public. A "Private — link only" call is fully published — artists with the direct link can still apply — but it doesn't appear on the public Calls List or get included in our marketing.

To do this when editing a call:

1. Click the colored status pill in the top-right of the call edit page
2. Choose Private — link only
3. Save the call

The call will work the same as an Active — Public call for anyone with the link, just without the public discovery.

Heads up: "Private — link only" is different from "Hidden". Hidden turns the public link off entirely (artists can't access it at all). If you want a working link to share privately, pick "Private — link only".
