How do I add or delete another piece?

You can add and delete pieces from your portfolio at any time. Here's how to do both.

Adding a New Piece

1. Go to Portfolio in the navigation menu (or visit app.entrythingy.com/artist/artwork/)
2. Click the "Upload Artwork" button at the top of the page
3. Select your image file (drag and drop works too)
4. Fill in the details — title, materials, dimensions, year
5. Click Save

Your new piece is now stored in your portfolio and ready to use in call applications.

You can also add a piece directly during a call application by clicking "Upload New Piece" on the application page.

Deleting a Piece

1. Go to Portfolio
2. Click on the piece you want to remove
3. Click the Delete button (trash icon)
4. Confirm the deletion

What happens when you delete: - The piece is removed from your portfolio and your Display Link - It will not be available for future applications - It is not removed from entries you've already submitted

Deleting a piece cannot be undone, so make sure you're ready before confirming.

Storage Limits by Tier

Each subscription tier has a limit on how many pieces you can store:

• Free: 3 pieces
• Basic: 50 pieces
• Standard: 200 pieces
• Connoisseur: 500 pieces
