What is Artist Showcase?
Artist Showcase lets you display your accepted artwork directly on your own website. Visitors can browse entries without leaving your site—and everything updates automatically as you accept new work.
Show Your Artwork on Your Website
Paste one line of code into your website, and EntryThingy handles the rest:
- Thumbnail images of submitted artwork
- Artist names (your choice whether to show them)
- Artwork details like title, price, dimensions, and materials
- Category filtering (if your call uses categories)
The gallery pulls data directly from your EntryThingy call, so it stays current automatically. Accept a new entry? It appears in the gallery. No manual updates needed.
Cost
Artist Showcase uses 9 tokens per month while enabled (that's $27/month). Turn it on or off anytime—you're only charged for months when it's active. Your token balance shows right next to the enable toggle.

You can configure: - Which entries: Accepted only, all submissions, or both - Image size: From small thumbnails to large previews - Artist names: Show, hide, or show business names instead - Artwork details: Title, description, price, dimensions, material, year - Sorting: Random, by name, by category, or by date - Layout: Group by artist or show all pieces individually
When you change display settings, copy the updated embed code and paste it on your website to see the changes.

The gallery displays as a clean, responsive grid of thumbnails. Visitors can click to see larger images and details. It adapts to mobile screens automatically.

Note: Artist Showcase requires JavaScript, so it won't work on platforms that strip JavaScript from embedded HTML. Most website builders (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix) support this.
