How do I add jurors to a call?

Adding jurors to a call is a two-step process: first add them as team members, then they'll be able to access the jury view for your calls.

Step 1: Add jurors as team members

  1. Go to Platform Preferences (gear icon in the navigation)
  2. Click "Team Members"
  3. Click "Add Member"
  4. Enter the juror's name and email address
  5. Set their role to Juror
  6. Click Save

The juror will receive an email with login credentials. If they already have an EntryThingy account, they'll be added to your platform automatically.

Step 2: Jurors access the call

Once added, jurors can: 1. Log in to your platform 2. Click on any call that has entries set to "Show to Jury" 3. Begin voting in the jury interface

Jurors can only see entries with the "Show to Jury" status. They cannot see draft or submitted entries until you move them to jury review.

Managing juror access

  • Multiple jurors per call: You can add as many jurors as you need — they each vote independently
  • Removing a juror: Go to Team Members, find the juror, and remove them. Their existing votes are preserved
  • Juror vs. Admin: Jurors can only vote and view entries. Admins can also edit entries, change statuses, and manage call settings
