How can I set minimum and maximum upload / image sizes?

To set upload size limits for a call:

  1. Navigate to the call you want to edit
  2. Click Edit to open the call settings form
  3. Scroll down to the Upload Settings section
  4. Click to expand the Advanced collapsible section

In the Advanced section, you'll find three upload size options:

  • Maximum File Size (MB): Required field that sets the maximum file size allowed for uploads. Recommended: 10-25 MB for images, 100-500 MB for video files.

  • Minimum File Size (MB): Optional field. Leave at 0 to allow any file size.

  • Minimum Pixel Width (Per Image): Optional field that sets the minimum width in pixels required for image uploads. Recommended: 1920-3000 px for print quality. If not set at the call level, the system will use the platform's default minimum width (or 800px if no platform default is set).

Note: The minimum image width validation only applies to artwork pieces, not booth/display pieces.
