I want to collect specific information from entrants that isn't on the call form
Yes! You can add Custom Questions to any call. These let you collect specific information from artists beyond the standard fields (title, medium, dimensions, etc.).
You can add questions that apply to the overall application (like "Can you attend the opening?") or to each individual piece (like "Is this piece for sale?"). Questions can be required or optional, and you can choose from five types: text, long text, yes/no, multiple choice, and checkboxes.
To set them up: Go to your call settings and look for the Custom Questions section. You can add as many as you need, and answers are included in your CSV export.
