I need to edit my entry after it has been submitted

Many organizations allow you to edit your entry after submitting, as long as the entry deadline hasn't passed. Here's how to check if you can edit:

  1. Log in at app.entrythingy.com
  2. Go to Applications in the header
  3. Find your entry and click Entry Details
  4. Look for an Edit button in the top right corner

If you see the Edit button, you can make changes! Just be sure to click Save when you're done.

What you can edit

When editing is allowed, you can change: - Add, remove, or replace artwork images - Update piece details (title, dimensions, materials, price, description) - Modify your artist statement and description of work - Change answers to custom questions

Your entry will stay in "Submitted" status — you don't need to re-submit after making changes.

What if you can't edit?

You won't be able to edit if: - The entry deadline has passed - The organization has disabled editing after submission - Your entry status has been changed (e.g., to "Show to Jury" or "Accepted")

In these cases, please contact the organization hosting the call directly and ask them to make the change for you. They have the ability to edit entries at any time.

Note: Please don't email EntryThingy support to change your entry — we can't modify entries on behalf of the organizations using our platform.
