How do I delete my account?

You can permanently delete your EntryThingy account from your profile settings.

Steps to delete your account

1. Log in to your account
2. Click "Profile" in the top navigation menu
3. Click "Edit Profile"
4. Scroll down to the Danger Zone section at the bottom of the page
5. Click "Delete Account"
6. Type your email address to confirm
7. Click "Delete My Account"

You'll be signed out immediately after deletion.

What happens when you delete your account

• Your account is permanently deactivated — you won't be able to log back in
• Any active subscription is automatically cancelled — you won't be charged again
• Your artwork and submissions are kept for the organization's records
• This action cannot be undone

Cancel vs. delete

If you just want to stop paying for an Artwork Management subscription but keep your account, you can cancel your subscription instead. Your account stays open and your artwork history is preserved.

Deleting your account is permanent. If you're unsure, cancelling your subscription is the safer option.
