How to delete pieces from your portfolio

You can delete pieces from your portfolio at any time. Here's how to remove pieces you no longer need:

Deleting a Piece

  1. Go to Portfolio
  2. Click "Portfolio" in the navigation menu (or visit app.entrythingy.com/artist/artwork/)
  3. Find the piece you want to delete
  4. Browse through your portfolio pieces
  5. Click on the piece you want to remove
  6. Delete the piece
  7. Look for the delete option (usually a trash icon or "Delete" button)
  8. Confirm that you want to delete the piece
  9. The piece will be removed from your portfolio

What Happens When You Delete

The piece is removed from: - Your portfolio (Portfolio page) - Your Display Link (if enabled) - Future call applications (you won't be able to select it)

The piece is NOT removed from: - Call applications you've already submitted - Any entries that are already in progress or submitted

Important: Once deleted, you cannot undo this action. Make sure you really want to remove the piece before confirming.

When to Delete Pieces

Good reasons to delete: - You've sold the piece and don't want to show it anymore - The piece no longer represents your current work - You need to free up storage space (if you're at your limit) - You uploaded a duplicate by mistake

Before deleting: - Make sure you haven't used it in any active call applications - Consider if you might want to use it for future calls - Remember that deleting doesn't remove it from past submissions

Freeing Up Storage Space

If you're at your storage limit: - Deleting pieces frees up space for new uploads - You can delete pieces to get back under your limit - Once under your limit, you can upload new work

Example: If you have a Basic plan (50 pieces) and have 50 pieces uploaded, deleting 3 pieces gives you space for 3 new pieces.
