How to activate your subscription

Activating your Artwork Management subscription is quick and easy. Follow these steps to get started with your chosen plan.

Step-by-Step Activation

Step 1: Go to Your Subscription Page

1. Log in to your EntryThingy account
2. Go to your Subscription page

You can also visit app.entrythingy.com/artist/subscription/ directly.

Step 2: Choose Your Plan

You'll see three subscription tiers:

Basic Plan - $4.99/month or $47.90/year (save 20%) - 50 pieces of storage - Access to Pixel Prep

Standard Plan - $9.99/month or $95.90/year (save 20%) - 200 pieces of storage - Access to Pixel Prep

Connoisseur Plan - $19.99/month or $191.90/year (save 20%) - 500 pieces of storage - Access to Pixel Prep

Choose your billing period: - Monthly: Pay monthly, cancel anytime - Annual: Pay once per year and save 20%

Click on the plan you want to activate.

Step 3: Complete Checkout

1. Confirm your selection
2. A confirmation dialog will appear
3. Review the plan details and price
4. Click "Confirm" to proceed
5. You'll be redirected to Stripe checkout
6. Stripe is our secure payment processor

7. Enter your payment information:

8. Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

9. Or use PayPal if available
10. Complete payment
11. Enter your card details
12. Add billing address if required
13. Click "Subscribe" or "Pay"

Step 4: Activation Complete!

Your subscription activates immediately: - You'll be redirected back to EntryThingy - Your storage limit will be updated - Pixel Prep will be unlocked - You can start uploading more pieces right away

What you'll see: - Updated storage limit on your Subscription page - Access to Pixel Prep tool - Crown icon next to your account name (indicating active subscription)

After Activation

Check your subscription status: - Go to your Subscription page - You'll see your current plan, next billing date, and payment method - Your storage usage will be displayed

Start using your benefits: - Upload more pieces to your portfolio - Use Pixel Prep to optimize images - Enjoy expanded storage for your artwork

Payment Methods Accepted

• Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
• Debit cards: Most major debit cards
• PayPal: Available in some regions

Billing Information

Monthly subscriptions: - Charged on the same date each month - Cancel anytime before the next billing date

Annual subscriptions: - Charged once per year - Save 20% compared to monthly billing - Cancel anytime before renewal

Upgrading mid-cycle: - You only pay the pro-rated difference - New benefits activate immediately - Billing date adjusts accordingly

Troubleshooting

If checkout doesn't complete: - Check your internet connection - Ensure your card has sufficient funds - Verify card details are correct - Try a different payment method

If you're charged but don't see activation: - Wait a few minutes (can take up to 5 minutes) - Log out and log back in - Refresh your Subscription page - Contact us at help@entrythingy.com if it still doesn't show

If you see an error: - Make sure JavaScript is enabled in your browser - Try a different browser - Clear your browser cache - Contact support for assistance

Managing Your Subscription

After activation, you can: - Upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime - Switch to annual billing to save 20% - Update payment method from the Subscription page - Cancel your subscription (access continues until billing period ends)
