Understanding pieces added from calls
You may notice some pieces in your portfolio show "Added from: [Call Name]" in gray text. Here's what this means:
What "Added from" Means
When you see "Added from: [Call Name]": - This piece was automatically copied to your portfolio from a call application - It happened when you submitted an entry to that call - The piece is now available in your portfolio for future use
Why this happens: - EntryThingy automatically adds pieces from submitted entries to your portfolio - This saves you from having to manually upload them again - Makes it easy to reuse your work for future applications
How Pieces Get Added
Automatic addition: - When you submit an entry to a call, pieces are copied to your portfolio - This happens automatically - you don't need to do anything - The piece appears in your portfolio with the call name noted
What gets copied: - The image file - All piece details (title, materials, dimensions, description, etc.) - Everything you included in your submission
Using These Pieces
You can use them just like any portfolio piece: - Select them for future call applications - Edit their details if needed - Delete them if you don't want them in your portfolio - Reorder them with your other pieces
They work the same as manually uploaded pieces: - No difference in functionality - Same editing and management options - Same Display Link visibility
Managing "Added from" Pieces
Editing: - You can edit these pieces just like any other portfolio piece - Update title, materials, dimensions, price, or description - Changes only affect your portfolio, not the original submission
Deleting: - You can delete them from your portfolio if you don't want them - Deleting from portfolio doesn't affect your original submission - The piece remains in the call application you submitted
Reordering: - Include them when reordering your portfolio - They appear alongside your other pieces - Arrange them however you want

Privacy Note
The "Added from" text: - Only you can see this information - It doesn't appear on your Display Link - It's just for your reference
