How to reorder pieces in your portfolio

You can reorder your portfolio pieces to control how they appear on your portfolio page and Display Link. Here's how:

Reordering Your Pieces

1. Go to Portfolio
2. Click "Portfolio" in the navigation menu (or visit app.entrythingy.com/artist/artwork/)
3. Enter reorder mode
4. Look for a reorder or drag-and-drop option
5. This may be a button, icon, or you may be able to drag pieces directly
6. Arrange your pieces
7. Drag pieces to the order you want
8. Or use up/down arrows to move pieces
9. Arrange them in the order you want them to appear
10. Save your changes
11. Click "Save" or confirm the new order
12. Your pieces will now appear in the new order

Where Your Order Appears

Your portfolio order affects: - Portfolio page: Pieces appear in your chosen order - Display Link: Your public portfolio shows pieces in this order - Portfolio dropdown: When selecting pieces for call applications, they appear in this order

The order does NOT affect: - Pieces already submitted to calls (those keep their submission order) - How pieces appear in individual call applications

Tips for Organizing

Common organization strategies: - Chronological: Newest first or oldest first - By series: Group related pieces together - By medium: Organize by materials or technique - By importance: Put your best work first

Best practices: - Put your strongest pieces at the top (first impressions matter!) - Group related work together for better presentation - Update your order periodically as you add new work
