Artist Portfolio: Store and Share Your Artwork
Your Artist Portfolio is a central place to store all your artwork. Instead of re-uploading images for each call you apply to, you can upload once and reuse your work across any call on EntryThingy.
What is Artist Portfolio?
Think of it as your personal art storage on EntryThingy. Every piece you upload lives in your portfolio, and you can pull from it whenever you submit to a new call.
Here's what you get:
- Upload once, use anywhere - Add artwork to your portfolio and attach it to any call you apply to
- Public sharing - Share your portfolio link with galleries, curators, or anyone you'd like
- Portfolio analytics - See how many people view your work (available on paid plans)
- Never lose your work - Your artwork is safe even if you don't have an active subscription
How much can I store?
Your storage limit depends on your subscription tier:
| Tier | Pieces | Price | |------|--------|-------| | Free | 3 pieces | Free | | Basic | 50 pieces | $4.99/month | | Standard | 200 pieces | $9.99/month | | Connoisseur | 500 pieces | $19.99/month |
Save 20% with annual billing!
How do I access my portfolio?
- Log in to your EntryThingy account
- Click "Portfolio" in the top navigation
- You'll see all your uploaded pieces
From here you can: - Upload new artwork - Edit piece details (title, dimensions, medium) - Delete pieces you no longer need - Copy your public portfolio link to share
What happens if my subscription expires?
Your artwork is always safe. If your subscription expires or you downgrade, your pieces aren't deleted. You simply won't be able to upload new work until you have storage available.
For example, if you had a Standard subscription (200 pieces) with 150 pieces uploaded, and you downgrade to Free (3 pieces): - All 150 pieces remain in your portfolio - You won't be able to upload new work - You can still use existing pieces to apply to calls - You can delete pieces to get back under your limit
To upload new work again, either delete pieces to get under your limit, or upgrade your subscription.
