EntryThingy offers four subscription tiers for artists. Here's what you get with each.
Free Tier
Price: Free forever
- Store up to 3 pieces in your portfolio
- Apply to any call for entries
- Public portfolio link to share your work
- Basic portfolio view count
Free is perfect if you're just getting started or only submit to a few calls per year.
Basic Tier
Price: $4.99/month or $47.90/year (save 20%)
- Store up to 50 pieces
- Everything in Free, plus:
- See which pieces are viewed most
- Priority support
Basic is great for emerging artists who submit regularly but don't need a huge library.
Standard Tier
Price: $9.99/month or $95.90/year (save 20%)
- Store up to 200 pieces
- Everything in Basic, plus:
- Full portfolio analytics with charts
- See where your traffic comes from
- View trends over time
Standard is our most popular tier. It works well for working artists who maintain an active portfolio.
Connoisseur Tier
Price: $19.99/month or $191.90/year (save 20%)
- Store up to 500 pieces
- Everything in Standard
- Perfect for prolific artists or those with extensive back catalogs
What's included in all tiers?
No matter which tier you choose:
- Browsing and applying to calls is always free. You never pay just to submit to a call for entries on EntryThingy.
- Your artwork is always safe. Even if you cancel or downgrade, your pieces aren't deleted.
- Public portfolio sharing. Share your work with anyone using your portfolio link.
How do I upgrade?
- Log in to your account
- Go to your Subscription page
- Choose your tier and billing period
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime.
Questions about billing?
- Pro-rated upgrades: When you upgrade mid-cycle, you only pay the difference.
- Annual billing: Save 20% by paying yearly instead of monthly.
- Cancel anytime: No long-term contracts. Cancel and keep access until your current period ends.
