How can I see the images I submitted?
Want to review the artwork you submitted to a call? Here's how to find it.
Viewing your submissions
- Log in to your artist account at app.entrythingy.com/login
- Click on Applications in the navigation menu
- Find the call you submitted to
- Click the "View Entry Details" button (for submitted entries) or "Continue Draft" button (for drafts)
- You'll see all your images, entry information, and submission status
- To see exactly what the gallery sees, click the "Preview how your entry looks to the gallery" link at the bottom of the page
What you can see
In your application view, you'll see:
- All images you uploaded
- Your entry information (piece titles, descriptions, medium, etc.)
- Submission status
- Payment status (if applicable)
The preview page shows exactly what gallery admins and jurors see when reviewing your submission, including how your entry appears in blind jury mode (if applicable).
Entry statuses explained
- Draft: You started but haven't submitted yet
- Not Submitted: Entry created but not yet submitted
- Submitted: Successfully submitted and received by the gallery
- Accepted/Rejected: The gallery has made a decision
Can't find your entry?
If you don't see your submission:
- Make sure you're logged in with the same email you used to apply
- Check that you completed the submission (look for "Submitted" status)
- Try the new version if you applied using the old site
Need a copy of your images?
You can download your original uploaded images from your application page. Click on each image to view it full-size, then right-click to save.
