How do I get token refunds for deleted or unsubmitted entries?
If you're an admin and deleted test entries or unsubmitted entries, here's how token refunds work.
How tokens are used
Tokens are deducted when an artist submits an entry (changes status to "Submitted"). Tokens are only deducted once per submission - changing an entry's status after submission does not deduct additional tokens.
Token refunds
Currently, tokens are not automatically refunded when entries are deleted or changed from "Submitted" back to "Not Submitted". If you need tokens refunded for deleted or unsubmitted entries, please contact us with:
- The entry ID(s) or date range
- The call name or ID
- Why the entries were deleted or changed
We'll review your request and process refunds as needed.
Checking your token history
You can view all token transactions in your admin dashboard:
- Go to your admin dashboard
- Click on "Tokens" in the navigation
- View the transaction history to see debits and credits
Missing refund?
If you deleted entries but don't see the token refund:
- Check the token history to confirm the entry used a token
- Note the entry ID and date
- Contact us at hello@entrythingy.com with these details
Test entries
For testing your call setup, we recommend:
- Using a free call (no entry fee) for testing
- Creating entries but not submitting them
- Contacting us if you need test tokens
