How do I hide a past call?

Once a call has ended, you may want to hide it from public view. We have added a feature to do this. When toggled on:

• The call will not appear on your gallery's public page (meaning, it won't be listed under the historical calls)
• The public call detail page (aka the link with all the details!) will not be visible, and will show a message that you have hidden it from public viewing

While we generally don't recommend you do this — the best way to attract high quality submissions is to have a great public facing page — we want to offer the ability for our gallery customers to run their business how they'd like.

To hide a past call:

• Login with your administrator account
• Click on the call in question. It needs to say "Show Ended" on the Dashboard to be eligible to be hidden
• Toggle this switch here:

• You can test it by clicking on Public Page link in a new browser. Note: if you're still logged in, this link will likely work for you, as you are an Administrator! Make sure you confirm it's hiding the page after logging out or on a new browser
• Feel free to toggle the switch back if you'd like to undo this
