How can I create invite-only shows?

Many times you might want to do an invite-only show or a private show. Basically, a show that you don't want any extra marketing from EntryThingy. You don't want it to be public for any artist anywhere to apply.

Instead, maybe you have a membership. Maybe you have some model with your gallery. You only want certain people to be invited for the shows. People you send the show to specifically.

If you wanted to accomplish this, it's really easy. The major thing that you have to do is just when you're creating a call or if you're editing a call, under add this call to our public calls list, change that from a yes to a no.

And then after that, if you go back to the call, you'll see a public page and you'll get a link to link the people you want to in the call.

And all you have to do is send them that link and they can apply.

When you do these options, EntryThingy will not promote your call at all. It will be shown as hidden because only you will have direct access to it. You have to send emails to people or text messages and direct links for other people to see it.

If you want to turn this off, of course, you can always go back. We'll put it on our calls list.
