My jurors can't see specific art pieces after clicking on a call

Jurors will only see entries with status "Show to Jury".

This is the most common reason jurors can't see entries they should be reviewing.

Common Scenarios

You've changed entry statuses during review

If you've changed entries from "Show to Jury" to another status (like "Accepted", "Not Accepted", or "Waitlist"), those entries will immediately become invisible to jurors. This is by design—it lets you control what jurors see during the review process.

Example: You start marking entries as "Not Accepted" as your jury makes decisions. Your jurors will no longer be able to see those entries, even if they want to reconsider or compare them.

Entries were never set to "Show to Jury"

New submissions start with "Submitted" status. You need to change them to "Show to Jury" before jurors can see them.

How to Fix It

  1. Log in as an Admin and open the call
  2. Go to the Entries page
  3. Use the status dropdown on each entry to set it to "Show to Jury"
  4. Tip: Use the status filter to find entries, then bulk-update them
